I do the ceramic houses also…My Victorian Christmas village is done and that unglazed bisque like ceramic it’s just a set I bought in the 90s from Costco!!!
When my husband of 32 years passed away , almost2 years now ,, I couldn't walk through the house without seeing him & falling apart, I knew I needed to make some changes, or never decorate again!!!!! My 5 Christmas trees are done in themes. But, my dining room and kitchen is now done in pink , turquoise and pastels. This is the place where I spend most my time, so it's Happy for me!!!! At night when I settle down in my living room chair, I face a 3 foot tree that is decorated in vintage trailers.... like our 1967 vintage trailer.....EVERY ornament was sent to me by friends, and are Red & White, like our trailer ❤❤❤❤
Not a fan of pink. Maybe Valentine’s Day or spring. But not Halloween or Christmas. I makes me really pull back on buying. Especially the pink during Halloween.
Personally I don't like the pastel for Christmas or Valentine's day ..I'm more traditional also an will stay that way ..God Bless an I love your channel an Videos....

I’m 60 years old and I don’t like the pastels for Christmas either, & ’m trying very desperately not to allow myself to become indoctrinated LOL….but here I sit, dayafter day, month after month, watching all these RUclips shopping videos…so yesterday I went to Hobby lobby and I wanted a pastel nutcracker so freaking bad…I never decorated in the nutcrackers or pastels for Christmas. I’ve been married 40 years so I it’s like my husband said yesterday “you just think you want that because you have literally been brainwashed by watching all these videos it’s called advertising and it works so stop partaking”….He has a very profound point because I wouldn’t even though I want of those things
