Looked a very good pizza, he should have cooked it a little more. I think people mistake what neapolitan pizza. Its the ingredients used not just a thick outer crust. He did everything right imo but as always it's down to preference as it should be. If he'd cooked it a bit more I'd have give it a 9.3, the best prepared pizza I've seen you review in uk.
Actually Neapolitan pizza has a lot of of requirements i wouldn't even say this pizza is in the style of Neapolitan, cook time 60 - 90 seconds, 480 degrees c, fresh tomatoes crushed by hand, buffalo mozzarella and fresh basil, the dough cant be older than 24 hours and certainly cant be sourdough what hes making is just a really good pizza Margarita pizza
@@HydraGamingProject I know there are certain requirements if in Naples, I watched a programme on it. All ingredients have to be regional, San Marzan tomatoes, certain mozzarella producers and even down to the flour. So any pizza outside of Naples can only ever be neapolitan style even if you use some of their ingredients. It's just a generic term taken on for a pizza with a more doughy crust. Dont know about the temperature thing as wood and coal fired ovens go up to 1000 degrees maybe a bit over in the top or dome.

It was an absolutely gorgeous looking pizza IMO. My only criticism with any pizza place is any of the staff touching the pizza with their hands after it's been cooked. Maybe it's just me, but that's my pet hate.
It's just you tbh. Go and see pizza vlogs in Italy you know it's so normal. It's the same to every dish and cooking culture out there in this world. The chef's obviously gonna wash their hands lol

No cheese on it, it's not cooked properly, and the guy in the video is way over selling it and it's obvious when you see the pizza and the video guy looses his credibility. I know that's gross. Just look at it. A thin doughy undone crust with almost no cheese, rabbit food and oil 😭😭😭what the.... 🤣
