INGREDIENTS:
1 ripe banana, mashed (110g)
1/4 cup golden flaxseed meal (28g)
1/4 cup coconut palm sugar* (30g)
3/4 cup plant milk (200g)
1 cup GF quick oats** (86g)
1/2 cup light buckwheat flour (70g)
1/4 cup potato starch*** (40g)
2 teaspoons GF baking powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla bean powder****
1/2 cup finely grated carrots (50-60g)
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (16g)
1/4 cup organic dried raisins***** (70g)
MAPLE ICING IDEAS:
- Maple syrup (3 tbsps) mixed with organic powdered sugar (up to 1 cup)
- Vegan cream cheese (1 heaping tbsp), maple syrup (3 tbsps) and powdered sugar (up to 1 cup)

You should definitely do an e-book with all of your sourdough recipes! I've just made my first loaf of bread and it didn't turn out the way I hoped. It wasn't one of your recipes so I'm gonna try one of yours on Saturday. Thanks for sharing your knowledge on baking good gf breads etc!

I think you can substitute oats with millet flakes or buckwheat flakes.
Hi! I've actually never seen millet flakes. Cool! You could try. Or consider increasing the light buckwheat flour to 1 cup and then add the other 1/2 cup in buckwheat flakes (about 43g). Or if you're not allergic to almond meal/flour you could use that instead of the GF quick oats.

@@liseforgues5575 Quelle sorte d'eau utilises-tu? De l'eau de source ou filtrer? As-tu essayer de changer le mélange de pot? Et ta farine? Est-ce que c'est de la farine de riz brun? Est-ce que c'est froid dans ta cuisine?
Can you substitute flaxeed meal with chia or psyllium powder?
Hi! You can for sure! Replace all the flaxseed meal with an equal amount of ground chia seeds. If you want to use whole psyllium husk, use less than 1/4 cup. I'm thinking that 1 to 2 teaspoons should be enough.
