If facial expression is indicative of anything, it's whether or not a singer is straining. If they're scrunching up their face and look like they have to force the sound out, they're straining (even if they don't sound strained). If their face is relaxed, they're usually, if not always, not straining (sometimes a singer will still sound strained to me even if their face is relaxed, but I don't now enough about singing to know for sure).
None of these are live. You can hear the difference between the live parts and pre-recorded. Not to mention they’re all exactly the same. Not even Taeyeon or Hyorin is that consistent. Ah, my bias, the goddess Gowoon!!! If they do another Girl Spirit I would love to see her on it. I have to admit that I was disappointed not to have the ending of My First Love in this compilation. Another great demonstration of her talent, and she really changes it up in some of the live performances.
I really think that Berry Good does playback in the shows, except for Taeha. Their voices sound muted, as if the CD recording was being played. Taeha sounds super real, especially on the scale of "oh oh oh" (? Xd

I know that they can sing incredibly but honestly the only ones you can hear gowoon Going For It live are 1:50, 4:23 and 4:37, and 5:19 (and 5:48 kind of sounds like a pre-record but it's really hard to tell, maybe not). also the other members singing live at 2:11 and 5:19 sounded so pretty!! I totally understand that it's hard to pull these notes off live not only because they're performing at the same time but even just in the confidence aspect, though, so major props to them for having promoted such a hard song to sing!
They deserve better.. I remember I went to live bangsong for History, and throughout the promotion, History was most of the time paired with them, ie History & Berry good’s were able to watch both groups together, and I got goosebumps for gowoon and I was a fan.. with angel being such a good songg.. then after we figured out we will be watching them for a while, we learned the fanchants to contribute 😂
