Got one of these beauties en route to me in Uk right now. Sampled pizza cooked on one recently by Clemente themselves and just the simplest cheese tomato and basil topping was a sensation.
Nice job Tom - Love my Pulcinella and there is no limit to what you can bake sear grill - I was first worried about its floor size but there are varying tray sizes that can help with cooking meats for up to 25 people - thanks
Hello do you find that 400c does the job? That’s what they are advertising as maximum temp. Most wood fire ovens seem to boast 500degreed c. I was wondering if that made a noticeable difference? Thx
Wood fired oven's are pretty nice if you have the time to mess with them. A friend of mine gave me one they had bought because they never used it. When I'm in a hurry I fire up my Blazin Grill work pellet Grill. All day I fire up my Jambo. In between I like to do the wood oven. You can make a really good whole roast chicken and even steaks come out nicely. The one thing I have never tried is a pizza even though it is a pizza oven.
We have not cooked on the Fontana ovens, what we have found is that the "air-plus" system in the Clementi oven provides quick startups and improved combustion making fire and oven temperature management a breeze.
Great job, Chef Tom! I like to learn a little bit both from your videos and the website, so thanks for what you do. I wasn't aware of this product until I found this video. I've got some thinking to do on which way I want to go now. A wood fired oven like this or a pellet grill. Can't afford both, unfortunately. Can you use charcoal in this oven, including brickets?
Hi chef Tom, I notice that the Max temp advertised for Clementi is 400c. Most wood fired ovens advertise 500c. Is this not a disadvantage? Does this mean you can’t do 60 sec neopolitan pizza? Or no problem? Does it actually go higher?
I know you mentioned this was the 80x60 cm but it looks much larger when comparing to other videos/images. Especially at 3:05. Also, I have a concrete slab I would like to put it on. Would this disrupt the airflow coming from the bottom intakes?
Chef Tom ! What up bro ? Ay you guys always have dope tutorials on just about everything. BUT I have yet to see you do ancient grains bread for an ....? I don't know chili or yo favorite food group sandwich who knows!! Surprise me home boi.
Nope, sponsored by the company Chef Tom names in every video... All Things Barbecue (atbbq.com), which is also our channel name. We sell Clementi ovens (among other things) for a living.
Persona Amable this oven looks killer same price range to? And all that air flow! I have the uuni pizza oven i feel like its dangerous / not consistent with the wood pellets i say go big or go home
The quality is not good on these pizza ovens. Bad service from Clemtini also. La qualità non è buona su questi forni per pizza. Pessimo servizio anche da parte di Clemetini.
I've been loving your videos, but this felt like an infomercial more than anything. These ovens do look great, but this feels like an ad. Looks like an ad. Is an ad. Come back, Chef Tom - you're way better than this
Glenn McGuire at the end of the day he's doing his job....education whether it be by a recipe or a new product....although he's a chef/Pitmaster he is still employed by all things bbq retail store and from a business stance why should he not market a new unit to a audience of a 100k you tubers...just doing his job
just feedback on format - he's done loads of videos that showcase the product without it feeling scripted, or feeling like an ad. Tom is brill - and their channel deserves their 126k (and rising) followers.
Every video they make is an ad for their grills disguised as a recipe. Nothing wrong with that, they're a business. ATBBQ is an appliance vendor. How have you not noticed this?
I've no issues with them making money, or being a business. Their other videos demonstrate and promote the products AND show us all how to cook awesome recipes, and interesting rubs / sauces. That's my only point. The other format is way better imho. But hey - it's only one man's opinion. I respect everyone's right to feel differently, and just offering some feedback on how I felt when I watched it.
It is. This is how we feed our kids and pay our mortgages... we sell grills, smokers, sauces, rubs, cooking accessories, fuels, outdoor furniture and more.

Can we do a comparison video of this pizza oven versus the Uni Pro
This was very helpful, how does This compare to Fontana wood fired ovens

they're a business and have to make money- no one is forcing you to watch the video mate

As informative as this is it sounds like a commercial.
