Likewise, you will ALWAYS have ~3 rooms in between the very first safe spot and the first vault, allowing you to speedrun past the first Carn. Same holds true for his 3rd appearance.

nah sorrow and slugfish is the WORST combo if paired with the wrong room and is perfectly timed, a room with no things to go under, so go under the doorframe, but when sorrow starts doing a heavy storm, slugfish rushes through the door, making it impossible to survive (happened to me once)
Not necessarily, some rooms have Sorrow Spots you normally slide under that are on the wall. That and you can slide through Slugfish’s body, the head is the only part with a killbox

Heed isn't that bad, as you can just look at it, but if Dozer and Sorrow, Sorrow and Slugfish, or Dozer and Slugfish come in a combo, you are *not* making it out alive.

dozer + carnation is fairly easy to do, just quickly crouch and if you find stairs, slide to make up for the lost time. it's possible even without stairs too.
I survived it because dozer slows down carnation and sorrow is just go under a doorframe also I used the stairs to make me slide faster and that one spam slide and jump
Only for the first few checkpoints. Past checkpoint 10, they spawn randomly. I have gotten raw dozers before and carnations are slow/ patient enough that they shouldn’t apply too much pressure

My record is 1.5k, so i really got all combos in the game, and i can confirm that the worsts combos is carnation+slugfish+dozet+carnation+heed and erk (i dont remeber the rest of the name) and dozer, not mencioned that sorrow and slugfish together are really tense

When I beat this game (saferoom 5 is usually considered beating it in speed runs because till saferoom 5, you’ve encountered every single entity) I saw that Dozer appeared 5-6 seconds after I opened the vault. From then on, he only appeared AFTER carnation. I hid from carnation, went further about 4-5 rooms, and…..boom! Dozer appeared. I was genuinely shocked because it made the run way less scary.
