  • You as a hairstylist know we are more than just about doing hair.
    We are our clients confident and an outside source of talking about their own lives. With that comes emotions and as human ourselves we have life happen to us.
    In today’s episode I share how I emotionally regulate to make sure I give a consistent and genuine count experience. Also the importance of protecting your own energy and simple ways I do it as a working hairstylist.
    Also I learnt he importance of separating my personal life emotions outside of my business in order to grow my business.
    Real talk on how I’ve navigated the “imposter syndrome of” feeling fake because I decided not to emotional dump on my clients my own feeling of my life struggles and share real life examples.
    This episode comes from a place of having gone thru many hard situations in my life this past 5 years that no one knows about how I’ve managed to show up and grow my business.
    This is not one size fits all so takes what resonates and leave the rest behind.
