El Fuerte's new ultra is an unblockable sliding GRAB that has a bit of range, it has been confirmed by some of the Fuerte experts who tried him in the final build. It is very fast indeed, makes me very excited to try it out as a Fuerte mainer myself :D
TBH I spent more time watching the 2 Meerkats running around in the background, so cute how they follow the fighters up and down the screen watching the fight lol.
The funniest thing about El Fuerte (to me, anyway) is finding out that he's voiced by J.B Blanc. At first, they didn't sound anything alike, but knowing that now, it seems almost blatently obvious to me.
looking at the African stage and listening to it's BG music, FURTHER lets me know that Elena was in the final cut of characters. Damn you Capcom, I wanted Elena!!!
It was fun watching these two fight each other, but damn, Zangief's force from his ultra knocked the hippos over. I always wanted to know how to do El Furte's Tortilla move, it looks like it's hard to do. I guess not being too close to your opponent is the only way to pull it off. His voice is annoying, but he's a fun character. Reminds of a match between Rey Mysterio and Big Show.
Yeah. Just Backwards Habanero Dash and Strong Punch. But you don't need the enemy right next to you. Quickly tilt the Joystick in the direction of the enemy to raise the distance and catch him.
@Delention actually Lseelba is correct. most, if not all, of these matches are staged. It actually says a lot about the skill of the players that they can make it look fairly real, but notice how in all the videos the matches all end in three and each character pulls off their ultra successfully. these are gameplay vids...demonstrations of characters if you will...not competition footage.
I hope that when this game comes out for the pc capcom will have fixed the 720 degree motion problem, otherwise it would be nearly impossible to do Zangief's super/ultra combo with a keyboard

@Energyone: Right.. I dont even know who those guys are. Are they on xbox live, cause Im on psn. Im not a top player, but Im alright though. Havent played in at least 2 weeks now. It doesnt really mean anything that those guys have lost to el fuerte players, every one loses, I bet they have lost to other characters as well..

@HKA25 Well i actually have a special controller for this type of game,BUT since I have always used my keyboard I find it much easier to do anything with it.
Watch the other matches posted by the same user. All 3 rounds, all use new characters or new ultras, both ultras landed in every single match, all excellent play but you will see a lot of matches being thrown in round 2. Fun but not entirely real.

After watching this video, it seems like the creators of street fighter 4 saw way to much looney tunes. El fuerte should have been called el Fuerte speedy Gonzales.

It's characters like El Fuerte that makes me proud to be a mexican and an Olympic Wrestler. The finisher was epic too.

To do Tortilla propeller is doing heavy punch off of back habanero dash. You gotta do it immediately after doing the dash though.
