    informative an honest interview. i like when he says that yeah spacing effetct is better for long term but for exam, cramming is also good if your interested in having the grade.

    How long of a spacing should it be? in hours? days? or till when I don't think about it anymore and then try to access that information again?

      As far as I know a 1 day gap (overnight) usually leads to the best results.

      ***** Yeah that actually more sense. Do you know the researchers who have done research about spaced repetition?

      ***** Ah I see. Will definitely check them out. I first came across the idea from the book Make It Stick (2014). Not sure if you've heard about it. I'm into languages and am trying to find a good way to learn languages. So far, I've heard about mental palaces and mnemonics but they don't seem appropriate for long term and not that appropriate for languages.

    Very controlled experiment with a single subject and the subject being the researcher themselves? Common! In that case I have a lot of experiments I'm going to journal about daily.....
