6:09 Something else about the arc turrets that’s neat. You can also stand directly in front of them, and they won’t be able to comprehend your existence and will stop shooting
The reticle is in a lower position on console for multiple reasons, but the biggest one is to combat enemies that continue to jump. (E.g. a stompees user that loves the jump button) The lion rampants are actually necessary for sword flying, it’s not for consistency.
You can block foe's Arc staff hits using a sword with the flash counter perk since the hits count as melee damage, you should be able to parry/cancel any other Super that has melee attacks like the ones from void hunter, void, arc, solar and stasis titans as long as you start blocking as soon as you are about to get hit. No idea if you can parry ranged melees like the ones from warlock
Similar to Ace of Spades, a great way to do solar damage with a non-exotic kinetic primary (without needing a gun with the osmosis perk, which requires you to throw a grenade first), is the Fatebringer handcannon, which can get firefly in the final column. 👍
Make a video about this. Hierarchy of Needs synergizes with Phoenix Protocol and the solar aspect that makes super projectiles ignite targets. Stand in your Well, whip out that absurdly large bow, kill some ads, get guidance ring going, and all kills with the guidance ring and the bow will be ignition kills as long as you are in your Well. You'll get your super back very quickly due to Phoenix Protocols exotic perk, and anything that benefits from solar ignitions works just as well. Also, the extra shots that come from the guidance ring are technically explosives so explosive wellmaker also works with this.
I remember from back in the day that all damage done from well technically counts as super damage, haven't tested that but shouldn't that mean any kill with that fragment with a well should blow up with any kill?
Fun fact, if you kill a scorn ravager without exploding its solar/stasis censer (flail weapon thingy they swing around) you can then shoot the censer once it's on the ground to get it to explode. Yeah, it's how I used to get quad 100s back in Shadowkeep b4 armor was sunset and perks/mods changed around. Lightweight gives 20 mob and Spare Rations paired with Seventh Sereph shotty allowed me to have it at all times though I preferred Mindbenders and Felwinteters. Also Traction used to give a visible plus an additional invisible stat bump to mobility as well. So using those plus Radiant Light and Powerfriends I was able to have 100 mob, 100 recov, 100 int and 100 strength. My stat bar didn't show 100 on the mobility stat but it was still 100, similar to the Shadebinder all 6 stats 100 build a couple years ago with Agers. Eventually Bungie made it so Traction didn't give the stat bump then removed the mod altogether, converted all 150s to 140s losing lightweight(I now love using Rose because of it having lightweight) and then sunset my armor. I now have to settle for a triple 100 build, mob recov and disc but with Rose I'm able to get close to quads again with Stregnth being at 90ish. Hopefully with Lightfall and Bungie changing Artiface armor to have an extra mod slot for slight stat bumps quad 100s will be achievable again without absolutely perfectly rolled legendary armor and exotics.
Num2 is actually a setting. Since bungie started off making games for consoles which were played on big tvs higher up the reticle was placed lower to make it in line with your eyes. Now that there’s a pc audience it became a setting since monitors are usually in line already with the eyes
Things that increase mobility actually increase dodge cooldown further even when you're at 100 mobility Edit: I'm mostly wrong, Lightweight frames don't work, but Killing Wind does
This would be neat, but I just tested it myself and it simply isn’t true. With Marksman’s Dodge and 100 Mobility, I got a cooldown of 18 seconds with a Lightweight Frame and 18 seconds without one. Then I tried adding Amplified for an addition +50 just in case +20 wasn’t enough to be noticeable and I got 12 seconds. After realising that the aspect Flow State gives additional dodge cooldown while Amplified (not the same as a Mobility increase), I unequipped it and got 18 seconds once again
If you haven’t covered this already, (which I don’t remember) if you equip one of the three trials emblems you get for going flawless, your trials weapons and armor will flow certain colors based on the emblem. Flawless empyrean is my favorite cuz it turns my messenger gold spots red!
Titan barricades are also a trump card for boss stomps, I use them for this all the time. Slide up to a boss and pop your barricade right as they wind up, ez revive or whatever.
Small note for resonance amp, the enhanced version drops from the revision zero exotic mission (Which unlocks the amps in that mission, I believe) and all amps can be placed at the H.E.L.M. Additionally, these amps can also drop deepsight weapons!
Anyone wanna bet he figured out the Barricade and Stasis crystal one from the newest spicy clips video? Along with the reticle being not centered, Bungie also designed MOST animations to not cover, or at least only briefly cover the reticle so you can see enemies at all times and not get surprised while reloading. So grenade throws, melee and reload animations RARELY get in your way. P.S. the reticle being lower has been a thing since Halo 1, 343 only recently made a patch that gives you the option to center the reticle in the older Halo games.
6:29 I always knew about #14 because i use Ace of Spades with Wrath of Rasputin. Solar splash damage can produce Warmind Cells. Through the power of Firefly, Ace of Spades is a monster. Combine with charge with light mods, such as High Damage Fire, Stacks on Stacks, and Radiant. May God help you.

I knew (same with all in game and also possible to do with the hunter arc staff) More of this please, want to test myself more
The lower reticle is intentional. Halo has the same thing as well as most high mobility fps games. It makes it so the ground takes up less space on screen as you don’t exactly need to look at it and shows more vertical space where the enemies will be
The original reason for the reticle is more than just a better view of things above you for mechanical and scenery reasons. It's also a holdover from Halo! Halo 2, 3, ODST, and Reach all used the lowered reticle. This was, iirc, primarily for better showing off the scenery in Halo 2 as they didn't plan for a ton of verticality in it. In 3 onwards, though, the increased verticality and movement options made the lowered reticle practical for gameplay reasons like you mentioned here. So it's a holdover, but a useful one for console players that couldn't change their FOV back in the day! In all the MCC Halo ports and D2, though, you can change that setting now. I prefer it centered for M&K, honestly.
After collecting the warmind nodes you go to the helm where clovis exo is and if you go over the walkway to below you can set the nodes up around the area just incase people haven't found this yet
I realised No.15 during season of the Haunted. Firefly is solar and not it's own explosive perk. There was a seasonal mission to run a void only Sever mission, which I did several times and failed. My friends helped me realise that it was my fatebringer's firefly messing things up.
Oh i also learned at some point that always on time's speed is actually a bug, but one they can't fix without removibg the sparrow completely from the game and it's files. Correct me if im wrong but i remember it from one of the twabs.
Shatterdive by itself does 50 dmg, so if you have a gun that can do 50 burst dmg easily (I like burst sidearms) you can do an interesting combo. Slightly jump, shoot gun, melee and then shatter dive for a really quick kill. If I’m the first to find this ima call it Shatter Strike
i like doing something slightly similar, i slightly jump cryosthesia headshot, melee, shatterdive (and if i have the exotic perk ready i freeze, jump, shatterdive) its a fun combo
3:13 I wondered about that too a while ago - until i read the mod description. It says "Power Grenade Launchers", so it's supposed to not work with non-heavy GL's
You're more likely to survive a fight with a Dawnblade using Daybreak when you're right up in their face. Their flaming sword's damage is based on a projectile and it needs an area right outside of melee range to work right.

@@zylo4029 I tested it after and actually forgot to remove/edit this comment. Lightweight frames don't increase it, but i found Killing Wind does!
If you haven’t covered this already, (which I don’t remember) if you equip one of the three trials emblems you get for going flawless, your trials weapons and armor will flow certain colors based on the emblem. Flawless empyrean is my favorite cuz it turns my messenger gold spots red!
Another note about Antaeus, it steals Silence and Squalls. Slide into the middle of the tornado it becomes yours.
I love how the best thing in this video was you diving onto a hunter and almost killing him
8:10 I rate your clip an 8 spicy. That guardian had to be hella confused lol.
With the turrets, it's more than standing on top of them. If you stand right next to them, they won't shoot. They don't shoot when you're very close.

That phoenix dive clip at the end was legendary.
The lower reticle is intentional. Halo has the same thing as well as most high mobility fps games. It makes it so the ground takes up less space on screen as you don’t exactly need to look at it and shows more vertical space where the enemies will be
That colonoscopy bit got me good but holy shit that Antaeus wards tip blew my mind…
The one with the raid banners in campaign is cuz they aren’t raid banners, but rather rally banners just a neat thing
If I'm not mistaken you can keep pulling 150mph sparrows from collections and occasionally the sparrow will drop at 160mph
I realised No.15 during season of the Haunted. Firefly is solar and not it's own explosive perk. There was a seasonal mission to run a void only Sever mission, which I did several times and failed. My friends helped me realise that it was my fatebringer's firefly messing things up.
The off-center reticle is that way for consoles only. Meanwhile for PC you can have two options, the off-center one, and properly centered.
Oh i also learned at some point that always on time's speed is actually a bug, but one they can't fix without removibg the sparrow completely from the game and it's files. Correct me if im wrong but i remember it from one of the twabs.
If you've made it this far in the season and you didn't know about the resonance amps then you've been living under a rock and haven't been playing
Shatterdive by itself does 50 dmg, so if you have a gun that can do 50 burst dmg easily (I like burst sidearms) you can do an interesting combo. Slightly jump, shoot gun, melee and then shatter dive for a really quick kill.
If I’m the first to find this ima call it Shatter Strike
i like doing something slightly similar, i slightly jump cryosthesia headshot, melee, shatterdive (and if i have the exotic perk ready i freeze, jump, shatterdive) its a fun combo
and if i miss the headshot i just shoot again
3:13 I wondered about that too a while ago - until i read the mod description. It says "Power Grenade Launchers", so it's supposed to not work with non-heavy GL's
You're more likely to survive a fight with a Dawnblade using Daybreak when you're right up in their face. Their flaming sword's damage is based on a projectile and it needs an area right outside of melee range to work right.
I knew all of this content, I knew it because I watched this video😂 in all seriousness love your content Mesome, happy I get something entertaining and enjoyable on RUclips, This platform is hard and you are a astonishing master of your craft I love it.
Number 2 in the vid is changeable in the settings. Yours is set to console reticle color . Pc location is actually centers.
The reticle being below center something bungee is done since Halo. The actual reason why they do it is because it makes the play area feel bigger.
GL's with proximity grenades ignore Titan barricades damage block and will always deal damage to the person on the other side of the barricade.
0:40 nice, now i cant unsee it and it will always be Stuck in my mind while playing destiny🤣
Can you clarify, holding lightweight weapon, meaning equipped or have in hand? I.e. hand cannon and lightweight shotgun equipped, do you have benefit while HC is out?
It must be your active weapon to get the +20 mobility bonus.
Fun fact: On PC the reticle is centered and there is an option in the settings to set it to scrub-... I mean "console" reticle.
Also... I am pretty sure all Legendary sparrows have 150 speed and Exotic sparrows have 160 speed.
3:56 the always on time is still slightly faster than all other sparrows.
5:04 *laughs in never takes off DoE helmet ornament*
Yo I matched you on Saturday and I wanna say that you made my day and keep up the good work
Although it is barely noticeable, oathkeepers have a secret benefit of drawing bows ever so slightly
7:11 your sword flying hurts me-
You don't have to stand in top of the fallen turrets btw, you can just run up and hug em and they still won't shoot at you.
Titan Barricades can't stop Warlock Fusions' AOE when they're stuck to them. Don't know if it is the Starfire Protocol version or not that matters, but it's been a real big pain in my side since the Barricade nerfs.
“New 160 speed sparrow speed”. Fun fact: this is the exact same method D1 used. And some of the 150 legendary sparrows are kinda collectible in D1 still too
There is an extension you can install in your browser that allows you to go farther back to claim season pass rewards. You could grab ornaments and anything you missed in say, season of the hunt when you are in season of the seraph, or season of the worthy if you had it when in season of the plunder for example.
whats the extension?

Just noticed the last frame of the video. Much love man.
The amount of Khajiit jokes I would still be making to this day if Tigermen was actually added
This video makes me want to return to destiny 2, but the game has changed so much it would take too much time that I don’t have to catch up.
The tiger man was probably a nod to Wing Commander and the Kilrathi race. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
If you didnt know: there's a firefox extension that lets you claim any old season's gear you had but forgot to claim. Forgot to grab Meridian Constellation on my warlock and that saved my ass a few weeks ago.
For the turrets, you don't need to stand on them. Just standing close enough to them means they just look at you. Threateningly.
The lowered reticle is to not to use inbuilt Crosshairs in gaming monitors. Thats why is lowered. Because no sniper 4U
Kephri's can go through the window on wormhaven using glacier grenades to balance on the wall!
I only now just realized that when your guardian falls off into an abyss they do the same falling animation that is in the halo games. I fell of the spacewalk in Seraph Shield and for some reason the camera followed me for longer than it usually does. Caught my guardian doing the Arms flailing and leg waving thing like she got killed by a plasma nade
That's only in that mission as an easter egg probably. If you try the same thing from the space walk in DSC you get the normal ragdoll.
If you have quicksilver storm you can one shot the autotorrets and last boss blocks on the revision zero mission using it's granade launcher mod , unlike special launcher that can't .
With the turrets in operation seraph shield if you have lethal current on arc hunter melee it will keep zapping it everytime you punch it and get jolted
On pc you can choose between Centered or Halo positioned crosshairs
If you bind the charged and uncharged melee to the same button, charged melee will take priority and you will use the charged melee always. This is the opposite of the auto melee which does the opposite.
On pc it's binded on same button from the start. And it s bad. Like, if u want throw hammers up close, u cant. U will punch every time. Not all charged melee have priority up close. So.. Separate buttons much better, and for pvp too
