    Wow !! I'm gonna try this ..it looks divine ...you keep it so real ..tucking in like that ...thank you for sharing all your great recipes ...would love more indian delicacies ...like herbs n roti .. Calabash n shrimps , khanjee kheere h , sour dhall , mixed veg curry , sheep head curry , liver curry ..luffers with dry fish ...dry fish chutney and mielie rice and a few pickles like ..
    Brinjol pickle , grated mango pickle (kutchla ) chillies pickle , jackfruit pickle ,sweet and sour lime/mango etc ....you are excellent at what you do ....would love for you to take this to our younger generation of women ...thank you very much .

    And compliments and well wishes to you Sol and the family...u know I wondered if those where prawns from the Jurassic era, obviously my mind drifted from the Jurassic to Fred Flintstones giant ribs however the misconception was corrected, anybody looking for Jurassic era prawns, well...u know where to find them. I like this recipe and let me tell you why, its 3 elements of this dish that bring out extreme flavour..lemon..smoked paprika and garlic. I normally cut a whole lemon in half, bake it for about 7 minutes, pan fry works as well, get it caramelised then squeeze out the juices. Smoking paprika...well..can be a tough one, u get smoked paprika and then you get Smoked Paprika...go for the Spanish variant, trust me u won't go wrong...I find that they slightly roast their paprika then smoke it, this brings out a more rustic earthy deep smoke flavour. This is a balanced recipe, I find that the star of the dish kept her place, no...not the prawn, Solina...I was complimenting the cook...excellent presentation Sol..lovely start to the year...👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

      Marlene, the Cape Herb and Spice Brand sells at your local SPAR, Woolworths has their own in house brand as well, I use a brand called Chiquilin which I get from the local fruit and veg shop up the road from me called Impala Fruit and Veg, its in a white tin..so any good spice shop or local grocer would be assist you.
