Update/Correction About Gazebos mentioned in the video.
We do not rent gazebos, nor put them on-sites. The hard-top gazebos currently located at the Surf were approved by management for annual guests. Screen Rooms and Clam Shells are permitted for seasonal and transient guests if they are brown, beige, or other neutral color (camo, green, or blue enclosures are not permitted. No EZ ups or tents are permitted.)

Denise, THAT is an RV Resort Heaven on Earth experience. I enjoyed it, feeling as though I was right there with you all. You are such a great wife and Otis is a wonderful husband. Continue to enjoy your lives together. I love Duval County. I'm planning to move back to Jacksonville from Atlanta, on or before December of 2025. That resort is so beautiful. I am from Florida I sold my condo and relocate to Texas because I have decided to do the RV life. My daughter and her husband gifted me with their 5th wheel that they bought 5 yrs ago. They recently purchased a beautiful home in Texas, they will retire here in Texas. Omg!!! Now that’s a resort! I would love to stay long term there! Thanks for the tour❤just added this resort to my bucket lists 🎉
