Great enlightening interview with good questions. Doctor had explained things clearly with scientific and medical references. The boon in social media, influencers, cosmetologists etc had all created so much of products and so -called hacks which make people believe that it works. But as the doc said, it indirectly creates harm to the skin. Skin is also an organ of the body, which means it has to be treated with care by consulting the doctor instead of these shortcuts. Please publish more of these kind of interviews.

U don't have to say that all that kitchen items are giving us bad results. If that is true all this while generations after generations we are been using it and we didn't feel anything bad or any side effects we are very young healthy and beautiful. actually i can feel it. i avoided soap and shampoo since 20. i use kitchen items, fresh alovera, turmeric , gram powder. only thing is it's necessary amount of usuage, these traditional remedies dont give immediate result, but slow and permanent solution. i benefitted from it.
