Doing this at a club is a good disguise, since the music is so loud, it would be so hard to tell of someone is playing buckshot roulette in another part of the club
Room's probably got some soundproofing that we just can't see very well, in order to further help avoid public panic. The only person who knows what's going on is the smoker on the balcony overlooking the club, and he obviously trusts the Dealer enough with the shotgun to not warn people about it.

19:40 He looked at the round, but then he drank to eject the blank he found, and set it back to an unknown state, then took a chance on himself. The AI doesn't make the mistake of looking and choosing the wrong player, had to rewatch it just to figure out how that could happen, it didn't. He could have just got himself with the known blank, but the beer does the same thing and he uses items whenever applicable.
It's programmed to use the beers and the cigs in pretty much every applicable situation.
Only problem is, when the AI racks the gun it seems to break entirely and treat the next round as unknown even in situations where a player who's been paying attention would know that only one type of rounds are still left (at one point I watched it use the beer, rack what I knew to be the last dud, take aim, and shoot itself when the remaining two shots were both guaranteed live ones - which cost it the game). The AI needs to be fixed a little, at least regarding the beer.
Ngl, saw the thumbnail and thought "Wait, Grizzy is about to play a game with a lot of numbers and probability? Oh no." lol
that's crazy that Grizzy will read the rules out loud to himself, not listen to himself, not comprehend what he is reading, and still get confused as to why he doesn't understand what is happening. He does eventually, it just takes alot longer than it probably should tbh

my theory for the ''god'' waiver is that the dealer is the embodiment of greed and god failed too take him down
I saw someone explain that the dealer AI is actually really simple, he uses items as fast as possible in the order that he pulls them from the box (you don't see that so it might as well be random), If the dealer knows what shell comes next he acts accordingly, if not it's a 50/50 he shoots you or himself, and the dealer always knows the last shell.
That means the dealer can be extremely stupid at times, like in the video, he uses a magnifying glass to check the shell, sees a blank, drinks and racks the last blank in the section that went blank, blank, blank, blank, live, live, live, live, and then thinks that because the next round is supposed to be a blank, shoots himself with the first live round.
