- Leela's Roti and Doubles is a Trinidadian restaurant serving a menu of classic and fusion Caribbean dishes. The original location opened in Mississauga and gradually became a go-to destination for doubles and roti. Now, the family has opened a location in Toronto doing more of the same, but with a few added twists.

What are you talking about? The Indians brought the Indian roti to Trinidad and we added the dhal and called it dhalpouri and the doubles are our creation - no pretending to be a burger. I would advise you to google the history of how doubles and dhalpouri came about. There is no PRETENDING ANYTHING!!!
Stop being condescending by saying " you Canadians". These people are Trinidadians whether they became citizens or not. Being Trinidadians don't change that and the food doesn't change.
