Creating tanks with 9-10 km/h speed and giving them flame tanks support battalion on 4.9km/h; forgetting to fix it (let this be noted so I don't forget it again) 2. Forgetting to change tanks field marshal to motorized priority until near end of the war.. 3. Perhaps slightly poor timing on stopping to construct CIVs in favor of MILs and refineries 4. Running out of fuel during the main part of the campaign. Did not know how to manage air better, because if I stopped any air "patrols" to recover some fuel, Stalin would have nuked either state. If you notice war support drop during the campaign, he still managed to nuke & bomb some states. Which enabled army strikes and my inability to increase mob law due to low war support. This was quite an issue. Do note, and I need to use this excuse, whenever we're playing a game here, that means that I played till wee hours. This one I played till some 7-8 AM over night. So there will always be that excuse if things go poorly.

Yes thanks to us humans but In my opinion we should follow Elon musks idea or not making AI because imagine a human who knows everything but doesn't have emotions but what if it gets self awareness and emotions won't that be over powerd in gamer version.
@@monke7819 yep definitely did not :) I always said I never used "research all" for our AI ultra tech scenarios, but did notice people always thought I am using it regardless. All our ultra techs were done manually like this. But doctrines were part of research and I would give AI x1 doctrine branches always. That was changed to experience based system. But long story short, original Ultra Techs included at least 1 doctrine for each branch, which here Soviet Union did not have. So this video indeed still is not the true old Ultra Tech.
This was much easier. On Expert AI Impossible I failed already in Belgium at least 1 time. It is possible to lose in Poland too. Took 4-5 fails on the Impossible to get to 1 win. EAI Impossible gives losing countries whole armies for free continually, as well as increasing buffs. The better you do the harder it gets, well almost x)

That would make it impossible for anyone to beat as it will research all doctrine lines and all exclusive paths that a player couldn't physically catch up to at all, at least with manual selection of research the challenge would be completeable since the player wouldn't be at a huge disadvantage they cant get rid of
@@warmaps78 It's a shame how underrated New Zealand and Australia were for their contributions during WWII, the ANZACS did some good work during the war so it's always good to see some recognition and representation. Either way love the work as always keep it up, keen for whatever you put out next
@@bazing5557 indeed, definitely I believe everyone is aware of contributions of Aussies and New Zealanders during the war, Tobruk and whole of African theater comes to mind, as well as the Pacific. It is a shame that when you do a max zoom out, New Zealand goes off map... but talking about Australia, yes definitely will give it a go.

I even managed to send Indian Submarines to the Pacific Theatre fighting against the Japanese. The Japanese sent a Whole carrier Battle group and Battleships and Cruisers to chase 15 Submarines, I was annoying them that much!
Suggestion: Red alert in HOI4. Warsaw pact + China + North Korea VS Nato. I'm suggesting this because I want to see how will it go. (I still can't understand how did you defeat ultra tech soviets. That was epic.)

Actually, at the start you could've just type in "research all" in the console command. It's a lot faster.
that command tripples each doctrine branch (and doubles each tech that has a branch) so there's hardly use for it sadly
