They removed scaling ad and ap ratio now it’s flat basically late game it’s equivalent to having like 390 ad
To clarify I mean it’s 390 ad equivalent to reach the damage it does now with the ad ratio from the old one this means some adcs can build tanky now since kraken doesn’t scale anymore welcome back to randuin Vayne
@@chillz739 it's a huge buff for early game askhan for every build but it's the best wiith on hit build since u never reach that high ad if not maybe full build + baron + 400 G potion or like sell boots + potion . Really good
@@theteamxxx3142 it goes crazy on all on hit champs since they don’t build much ad anyways so they get more damage for free which also means you can afford to go for a tank or semi tank item randuin or wits end or something

Vanguard isn't live yet. They wanted to send it to live servers straight away but recently opted for PBE first so it doesn't cause any unexpected issues.
There is also a chance custom skins will be recognised and whitelisted as they confirmed the app that makes your status invisible will still work.
