Production isn't actually handled by Mattel for things like big barbies and styling heads, they outsource to companies that have the recourses made already. I THINK Mattel does Just Play

Heard it was Poly 🤨-went down a rabbit 🐇 hole on styling heads 🙄 found a Neonlicous that I would have bought off e-bay because ☝️I am obsessed with crimped hair 🤣except that you actually had to stick the pieces of hair on the head 🤷♀️Anyhoo I am intrigued by Frankie but my family would probably disown me if I got it 🙄🤣👏❤️
