For washing: i always use liquid dish soap... Never had trouble washing it out. Airports are fun 🤣 took around 50 bags to the states once. Had to explain what and why it is 5 times for sure
I never washed my bags and I never will. I play with 32 patch leather bags with sand filling and as soon as they get wet only once, I do not play with them anymore, because the fabric looses some of its flexibility and they are simply no good anymore for the harder tricks.
It depends on what you're looking for: Plastic bags tend to be a lot lighter, so they're really only suited for just kicking. For freestyle, sand bags are generally more approachable (they usually break in faster and are less expensive), but if you're willing to invest in a good metal bag, either of these would be good. In the previous episode of this series we recommend a couple each of entry-level sand and metal bags.
We're most likely not going to do any more specific bag reviews because there's just too many out there. Looking at the description and pictures of the Duncan bags, the Daredevil and Spider are probably fine for kicking, but not much else. The Roadrunner looks OK, but probably not better than similar bags (sand-filled, ~$10) that we mentioned in the previous episode.
Interesting, that's a new one! I will have to ask someone more knowledgeable, but my first reaction is that it's probably OK but unnecessary. In your experience, does it work well?
Neat! I'll have to try it next time I need to dry in a pinch. I know some people throw their bags in the dryer (in a pocket or bag to minimize friction), so blow drying should be way less stress than that.
It would depend on the specific bag and if the sand is fine enough to pass through the material or stitching, but I just washed a Sandmaster and there was 0 fill loss :)
Footbag might be the most unknown sport I’ve ever stumbled across. Thanks for these dope videos.
Glasses case!! Tis man is a genius!
Thanks for wearing my T-shirt designs so often :)
BTW the Cayd Altras are working out well for me! Hope to see you at the East Coast Championships!
There some of my favorites, thanks for designing them!

We're very glad to hear! Let us know if we can help you out with anything.
Looking forward to Ep. 4! Hope some of the stitchers ship overseas…
Speaking from experience, most of the established stitchers have worldwide shipping options.
Um, you do know that Finland has a big footbag scene of its own, right?
@@CeilingF4n No, I didn’t. I‘ll have to look into it!
The Finnish players are great; check out footbag.fi/

For a beginner would you recommend sand, metal, or plastic footbags?

The background music sounds super familiar
I'm not surprised, it's straight out of the license-free RUclips music ;)
Hi can you do a review of the Duncan footbags

@@PassBack thank you I tried the roadrunner it was ok but then I got a sandbag
Noob looking forward to ep4!
i blow dry my bag mostly. is that ok for the fabric?
Interesting, that's a new one! I will have to ask someone more knowledgeable, but my first reaction is that it's probably OK but unnecessary. In your experience, does it work well?
@@PassBack yeah, after your done cleaning all i do is blow dry and it dries completely within about 30 minutes.

@@PassBack yeah thanks for the feedback
How does washing a sand bag work, won’t all the sand wash out??
It would depend on the specific bag and if the sand is fine enough to pass through the material or stitching, but I just washed a Sandmaster and there was 0 fill loss :)
@@PassBack thank you appreciate it 👍
