You can beat this puzzle two ways.
1. The way he did in the video by pushing one further to the side and moving one to that side.
2. Moving both the horizontal solo stick and the vertical solo stick over to the other side of the prize pot!

I got it in 10 sec.
Move the center pice to a side until the actual center comes to an end and one of the side go the the middle.
Then move the "alone" side to the other center piece end.
Problem solved.
