Gary Makar on NCAA Hockey

Gary Makar - father of Hobey Baker winner Cale and NCAA commit Taylor - recently joined a College Hockey Inc. webinar for Alberta prospects and talked about why the AJHL/NCAA route was the right one for their family.

He must be so proud of Cale, his new contract with the Avs.
Now Taylor has been drafted by the Avs too.
I always worry about young athletes making a lot of money but with Cales father I don't think that will happen. The only thing I think Cale will do is purchase his own slurpee machine. 😄
