I guess there's no need to balance them for the short sprints on the runway.
i suspect the tires and wheels are so precisely manufactured and tested, there's no need for balancing.
usually the rims itself are balanced, the tire is then mounted with the lightest part next to the inflation-valve. The complete wheel is normaly not balanced (static and/or dynamic) as you may know from car oder motorcycle wheels.
They are balanced. The rim has balance stickers on it which the tires are aligned to.

this is definitely the wrong material because these rubber tires start to smoke when the plane hits the ground. The real thing would be that there is no smoke and these wheels also cannot burst
