Its not about skill, its about building up a TEAM. You guys see all of these highlights, but these rarely happen. The other 40 minutes of the game are team points and defensive stops. Grayson may have a lot of skill, but he may not be able to handle pressure like the upper classmen. He may not be conditioned, he may be making stupid passes in practice.... its so much more complicated then it seems
