One thing you missed, all job portals, LinkedIn, Seek, Bayt, SAP, or companies' portals are AI-operated, it will compare your application to the job description and the best-matched application
will be prioritized by the system for hiring managers.
few things I would like to add,
1. Prepare each application according to the job description, rephrase the job description, or
add keywords to JD and cover letter.
2. Make a folder for each job application and save your CV and pdf copy of the job description,
for tracking, it will benefit you, when receive an interview call.
3. Use tools, like Grammarly, Chat GPT, or MS Editor to check mistakes and grammar in your CV.

I would just like to add, based off my current experience. I applied to quite a lot of companies. And one major thing they asked or it was a requirement was 'candidate must be in UAE' so that does have an effect and is very much a requirement in quite a lot of jobs. My target jobs are entry level so thats the basis of my experience.

As a senior software engineer and web developer, I was being paid 600 USD /month. Client was paying 5000 USD / month to his assistant (just because she was in USA) and she rarely do things, just sent emails etc. Same thing happened again recently, a UK company is now paying me 150K PKR while normal salary in UK is 60,000 Pound anually.

I was hired from Pakistan in Germany but most of the people who asked for me advice wanted me to tell them some short cut, or they wanted to buy some visa. There is no short cut to the success.

1. Connect with recruiters
2. Keep posting on linked to show case what you know .
3. Make connections with relevant people from field to understand whats happening in inustry of yours

1 Find why are you going out of country.
2 Search the growth of that job market and need of Skill you have.
3 Make a proper linkdin and directly approach to sineor level.
4 Find the job in your country make a scheduled meetings.
I like your videos for youngsters who may be contemplating leaving the country and studying/working overseas. You had covered many relevant points. Few weaknesses you pointed out are valid but can be overcome by some one who is sincere in achieving something. I can assist if anyone is interested in moving to USA especially Washington, D.C. metro area.

headhunters will not help you nor meet you for jobs in UAE if you are from Pakistan or India
3000 AED is nearly 250,000 PKR. Still not enough but you got the exchange rate horribly wrong.
@JunaidAkramClips I highly disregard your suggestion on approaching a hiring manager, according to your example imagine if a job received 16,000 applications and 1 percent of candidates approached the hiring manager, then it is not possible for him to entertain 160 people on LinkedIn chat. The only way to make your resume filtered from a mass is to make it ATS-compliant.
