Did you locate your PC to japanese :0 You have to locate your PC to japanese otherwise the model turns out white... Are the texture files in gibberish?
I would say you have 2 choices: 1. Go to pmxe and fix the model by renaming the textures 2. Delete the model again, locate your PC to japanese and re-download it. The textures should be there than.... I hope this helps qvq'
