You can try different triggers to see if they cause you tingles, for example I do not get tingles from slow asmr but rather fast ones. Many asmrtists do videos of "trying different triggers" so that you can see what may work for you. I really like the video from fast asmr, she even gives tips as to how it's easier / more possible to get tingles 😊
