QYLD currently isn't available in Canada. I prefer TXF, has about the same dividend. I'm collecting like 100$ per month and it's become my largest holding.
@@TeamCoachAllen I’d suggest waiting till it drops below 19, great holdings and long term growth play. I got rid of my XQQ and other tech ETF for this.
@@TeamCoachAllen if you get the chance look into CIC as well, I promise you won’t be disappointed 😉 it might even sway you away from ZWB. I opted out of it and switched to CIC.
I would say this is more of a short term hold but if your looking at a high dividend where the equity grows in tech check out TXF on the TSX.... I think its around 11% right now and the equity grows steadily historically
ZWT was recently released, good covered call option with big tech companies. I’m waiting to see some growth out that ETF. Deff on my radar
I have been watching that one too

I can access it with my US money Margin account through TD... but never tried to buy it ... I will check out TXF
OMG 12% on TXF with a good 5 yr chart!!! I am going to dig deeper ... I might buy in

What you think of XYLD ?
What do you think about this ETF as a longer term holding if you just about to retire?

As I am about ready to retire I am looking at QYLD, and other similar ETFs, to generate income. I am not too concerned with the stock price growth.
I would look for high dividend for income, but I would stay away from declining assets
also look at XYLD
QYLG is another interesting one
I just buy when it dips. I don't care about selling. The monthly divvy is sweet. Reinvest the divvy too. That's how you play this etf.
I agree
