ok i am sitting down at home watching this early in the morning, we're leaving Cork (ireland) today in t afternoon, change plane in Heathrow and then straight to Colombo! thanks for the tutorial; we've rented a (self drive of course) tuktuk for our entire 3 week stay! thanks, can't wait now, hint of trepidation but that makes it more fun!!

You guys will LOVE Sri Lanka it's honestly. so beautiful and because you have your own tuk. tuk. you will really be amongst it with the wildlife, locals, the beaches there so much to do there 😁.. if you need any Inspiration on what to do etc check out our Sri Lanka series, it was our 2nd destination so editing is a bit rough but it will give you a good insight what to look out for (b35 Road elephants), 😂

Struggling to get to 2 gear , ends up in N or 3rd , any tips ? Thank you
there's a fine line between N and 2nd, best thing to do we found was start the engine keep the clutch in and while sitting still just get used to flicking up and down the gears, then find a quiet road to practise on.. it took us at least a week to nail the gear changes... fingers crossed for you 😊

Does it stall the tuk-tuk if you let go of the clutch fast
Hey Alex yeah you can stall it if you release the clutch too quick or if there isn't enough revs, ideally you wanna find the biting point nice n easy, then release slowly as you increase revs, should prevent stalling, are you off to Sri Lanka soon?
