This system is only for no lifers who have level 100+ classes. On top of it, they make you PAY for rerolls AND! it's on a fucking cooldown, a several day long cooldown. I genuinely am done with this dog shit game. They went full Korean with the grind.
My build is very similar. I run ice mastery instead of arcane. I would prefer to never sit still in most trio fights, plus the missile spell being replaced by another damage without really losing anything but an anti rush. Which you should be built enough to never fear anything but slayer/rogue/bard. Yet gaining a perk to something you already main with and hard counters those classes that straight line rush. Harder to implement without instacast, im finding that out as the build evolves. However if I only fight with haste it seems to be demolishing with little punishment for a failed missile attempt. block swing dead. Seeing your gameplay you should give it a go if you havent already. So many phys range and the movement stun ruins peoples aiming method. never expect to freeze mid jump crossbow shot and that jerk + missed by 4 feet because you stopped momentum strikes more fear than trying to dodge some missiles in my opinion. Sweet build and was excited to see someone leaning towards what I also feel is meta trios. Hope you have a good wipe g, gonna be cool to see more.
also did a duos version thats really different than everyone elses xD. Quick chant, staff mastery, fire mastery, and ice shield. Ignite, fireball, sanc, haste, invis. BOC. Play with my fighter buddy and we dont die. I haste him in and then jus bonk everyone. I tried a 10 spell version but I like the reactive a lot, makes follow up fighting a 1v2 more possible with staff animation. Shields and movement counter too hard. Dont have lesser or id probably use that, my boy doesnt use the sanc with me too much and it takes a lot of prepping to get it off. Rolled prot or lesser and had to choose prot already had divine light
I got spell overload with meditation on my cleric and for spells I got fireball, zap ignite and invis. I also got shadow touch with dark reflection on cleric so I can frontline. Totally balanced lol

Just be careful when bossing since PoE also decreased bosses debuffs for example the blue/purple circle on Lich
