It seems as though the high speed spinning would stratify the concrete mix.
I had the same thought, but I wonder if the mix is dense enough to "crystalize" under pressure like that?

Что бы на рынок выпустить миллион новых машин , миллион старых нужно убрать, это работает так! Не ездят там по 20 лет на одной машине.

@mr.process Could you tell how that hollow shaped rebar made considering the fact that relatively thinner thickness strip was coming from the first step and larger thickness hollow rebar was coming out? Minutes: 32:00 and 38:00. Beutiful video btw

This is amazing footage, but, my friends, you need to cut LOOOOOOOOOOOOOONGER shots. This stuff is fascinating to watch, over and over, so when you cut it up in 3 second bursts, it irritates the mind. Please consider cutting all these shots much longer (a few minutes would be ideal) so your videos are easier to watch. Look at those "most watched" stats and tell me you're not running viewers off with the tiny cuts. Even if you don't agree, I still appreciate your work and will subscribe to see your progress!

обратил внимание что тут арматуру натягивают от руки. у нас же в производстве арматуру натягивают путём нагревания её током потом автомат тянет её. когда она остывает арматура натягивается буквально как струна.Потом эта натяжка в изделии придаёт ему прочности
