Girls when I was watching the part about people hating Jess literally I thought of the verse that says:
“If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first.”
And right away thought omg Jess is so close to being like Jesus that they would hate on her. They would be disturbed by such a bright light like you Jess!😭❤️ tell me why this made me tear up. Bcuz this makes you so special and that’s amazing. God is with you all around and people sense your light.
Then I continued reading in the verse and it says ”19 If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you.” (John 15:18-27)

Gtfo A people tend to hate on her whenever she posts a bikini pic because it doesn’t go “according to her faith” basically whenever she wears something with some skin showing or whatever for the same reason...she does get hate a lot for other reasons as well but that’s just the main one
Gtfo A She does get a lot of hate, I didn’t really recognize it at first but I think since she is a Christian some other Christians think that she needs to be perfect in everything she does and they bring a lot of legalism into it. I’m a Christian as well but I’m not a legalistic and some people tend to get bothered when she wears a bikini or asks people to pray for her and it doesn’t seem “important enough” in their eyes (things that people have actually hated on her a lot for) it’s really dumb though and I hate that she has to go through that

I've been thinking about this since I've noticed some things my younger siblings are into, and the type of people my younger brother and sister are. And how they really do look up to their older siblings.
It made me so happy to know the way I live, carry myself, what I say, and how I treat others does rub off on my siblings, and make them want to become better people.
