Billy Ocean was never underrated. He was HUGE in his day. It's just that the market is so saturated now with the same corporate garbage that younger people have to really dig to find the true legends of yesteryear. "Loverboy" is amazing and "When the Going Gets Tough" is always on my '80s rotation.
