I wish it were that simple. Laryngeal tissue is effected by the thyroid and that effects vocal folds. If singing a song is a marathon, a singer (with laryngeal issues) can get worn out by a sentence.
She don't need voice lessons. That doesn't fix thyroid issues. Her diet will. She needs to consume the right foods & herbal teas & she will be singing circles around Brandy like she did on Moesha.

She losing that range is what happened. Countess range at one point would make you throw some shit at your most beloved lover.
It’s not a skull issue. Countess at one time was the BEST singer. It’s a physical disease causing her to have limitations.
