I’ve always been a tractor pull girl. Love it always will. At my city we have a huge race track/derby/tractor pulling area. Best thing ever, a giants runway. So cool to watch the semis/tractors/trucks, always so fun and fascinating! @Nerdly Squirtly Boy: They should use Foam. I learned at my voluteer fire department to use foam on burning liquids like fuel, oil, or other flamable liquids. And if you dont have foam use powder, but NEVER use water! Because it mostly makes it worse.
@Dave Micolichek Yeah IF you have enought water. But in this case a small water extinguisher is almost useless. Mostly because fuel and oil swim on the water, keep burning there and the water helps to spread the fire. Thats why i whould use foam or powder.
I believe that the sport should mandate that all drivers have full racing seats six point harness and neck collars and Hans device to keep them from becoming injured in their necks and spines

I've heard the expression blow the doors off, but this is the first time I have actually saw what that meant.
the doors actually fell off
I was thinkin the same thing🤣🤜

Did he have them scotch taped on?

They steer and and use the turning brake

Dang these things are monsters some of these tractors are running 4 or 5 engines that’s around 8,000-10,000 horsepower that’s insane
I don't think it's that high, a top fuel dragster is 11k hp. These probably need more torque than hp as well
1000 and up for the blower engines, some make around 3000 or so.
