This hotel was bookmarked as a possible for nexr year...can you give abit of a review, you mentioned things that weren't good, thx

Hey, so this is our second time to this hotel and unfortunately this time around we didnt love it as much as the first time. Having read the reviews on trip advisor since we came home it seems some of the issues have been resolved. We did have a meeting with the hotel manager and TUI reps while we were away, they are very short staffed the manager explained after covid its impacted their staffing levels and the hotel was full so most evenings you would wait at least 20 minutes to get a drink. The lobby areas on the evening were very dirty rubbish not cleared so you would be sitting at seating that you had to clear from previous guests. Issues with food I don't usually have a problem with food variety but I ate pasta and tomato sauce for 10 days. Its a 5 star for the fact its beach front and has a waterpark and facilities for the kids food and service wise its gone downhill from our first visit xx
