This seems to be like Central Station Terminal in New York. I hope the progress in the Philippines, in terms of transportation commutes, will continuously progress non-stop and become world class. The commuting people deserves a good, decent, disciplined, safe, and healthy way of transporting to/from home after working hard. This One Ayala Terminal is really taking care of commuters and buses need and orderly process. It is with such pride that I salute the people behind this project for thinking about the commuters. Hopefully, government transportation bodies, railways, subways, and commercial mall complex will follow this exemplary example of how to build a terminal like this. Bravo to ONE AYALA TERMINAL management and designers...well done gentlemen! Definitely, this deserves recognition! Amazing. Keep it up!!!
It's very impressive how the Ayalas design everything. So very efficient and organized. Walang sinabi si SM. The only downside lang na nakikita ko dito is ung payment/fare/tripko booths nila. Sana one card for all types of transpo na rin and sana sa may entrance glass doors na ang lahat ng fare/payment/card booths, hindi ung watak-twatak. Also, walang pa-Fairview :(
I used to commute to Ayala from Laguna for work daily. Until 7 years ago when I moved to a different country. Wow, this looks so different from what I remember. I am happy it had greatly improved and sad because this reminds me of how long I’ve been away. Ayala was my stomping grounds. The area had a very lively energy and the malls were the best!

Thank you for this very informative video. I wat wondering how it is at the destinations of these buses and jeepneys, whether they‘re also terminals with regular schedules going to Makati. It seems it will be more convenient to travel to different parts of MM and surrounding areas from Makati.
as someone who works for ayala, i can attest that all their efforts is for the filipinos lagi. if makaka sama para sa economy or sa pinoy yung project di nila gagawin, or they will think of a way to build or masterplan a project na less ang impact. plus most of their projects usually hindi tagged or labeled na ayala kaya pinagkakamalan na iba may gawa or may ari.
Sadly, yung private sectors they work to improve and improve for the people, tapos yung mga nasa pwesto sa government, bulsa lang ng bulsa. Imagine if both government and private sectors work for the benefit of all.

Hi! The basement parking is actually open already. They were just fixing the escalator that's why it appears to be closed. I am not 100% sure, but I think the entrance to the basement parking is located along Ayala Ave., right before you reach EDSA. It was right after Glorietta 5.

One Ayala is a multipurpose project with a Mall, Hotel, Apartments, Offices, and Terminal, making it more sustainable (Hello no need to reclaim we have so much underutilized land in the metro) . Plus Ayala really placed necessary easements to the point that the PUVs are not taking precious space on EDSA which SM is always the culprit for traffic (hello ulit SM Megamall Fashion Hall Building Dropoff and Terminal and SM North Terminal).
When a new & a well-organized terminal was built but you still hear someone shouting, calling for passengers😅😁when all they have to do is to just wait for their passengers to fill their bus. Haayz Nuisance Pinoy, lack of Etiquette.
Honestly, having two different cards Beep and Tripko that may or may not work on each is a dumb idea. Either should work on ALL payment terminals. Also, cellphone apps should also work in tandem with either ones coz NFC is basically standard now-a-days. Also, in the future, please have overhead signs that designate each area as a Gate 1 and so on would be simplified and a uniform LED screen that indicate what place each gate is going to is gonna make it more organized. Its better than using the printed tarpaulin style that - in time - would make it look less tiangge style and easier to maintain. Over all, great start! Everyone should start doing this everywhere!
No escalators? Not very convenient. What’s with the long lines? Proof of inefficiency. I hope the establishment addresses this issue. Avoid waste of all types especially time and effort all because of lack of planning and a lot of nonsensical red tapes. Filipino commuters deserve better after spending many hours in traffic jams. Those paper information sheets taped on low class kiosks make the place look so third world. Why not use electronic monitors as displays for schedules? The government should create an agency that monitors all these inefficiencies that should exact penalties for every occurrence of off-standard work.

Cheaply constructed and not user friendly at all. The long distances one has to walk to get from point A to point B don`t even have moving walkways for commuters with physical disabilities or senior citizens. Or even at least benches where the people can take short rests.

This seems to be like Central Station Terminal in New York.
I hope the progress in the Philippines, in terms of transportation commutes, will continuously progress non-stop and become world class. The commuting people deserves a good, decent, disciplined, safe, and healthy way of transporting to/from home after working hard. This One Ayala Terminal is really taking care of commuters and buses need and orderly process. It is with such pride that I salute the people behind this project for thinking about the commuters. Hopefully, government transportation bodies, railways, subways, and commercial mall complex will follow this exemplary example of how to build a terminal like this. Bravo to ONE AYALA TERMINAL management and designers...well done gentlemen! Definitely, this deserves recognition! Amazing. Keep it up!!!

It's very impressive how the Ayalas design everything. So very efficient and organized. Walang sinabi si SM. The only downside lang na nakikita ko dito is ung payment/fare/tripko booths nila. Sana one card for all types of transpo na rin and sana sa may entrance glass doors na ang lahat ng fare/payment/card booths, hindi ung watak-twatak. Also, walang pa-Fairview :(
I used to commute to Ayala from Laguna for work daily. Until 7 years ago when I moved to a different country. Wow, this looks so different from what I remember. I am happy it had greatly improved and sad because this reminds me of how long I’ve been away. Ayala was my stomping grounds. The area had a very lively energy and the malls were the best!
I can't wait to experience #OneAyala and commuting in few months.

Thank you for this very informative video. I wat wondering how it is at the destinations of these buses and jeepneys, whether they‘re also terminals with regular schedules going to Makati. It seems it will be more convenient to travel to different parts of MM and surrounding areas from Makati.
as someone who works for ayala, i can attest that all their efforts is for the filipinos lagi. if makaka sama para sa economy or sa pinoy yung project di nila gagawin, or they will think of a way to build or masterplan a project na less ang impact. plus most of their projects usually hindi tagged or labeled na ayala kaya pinagkakamalan na iba may gawa or may ari.
Sadly, yung private sectors they work to improve and improve for the people, tapos yung mga nasa pwesto sa government, bulsa lang ng bulsa. Imagine if both government and private sectors work for the benefit of all.

Hi! The basement parking is actually open already. They were just fixing the escalator that's why it appears to be closed. I am not 100% sure, but I think the entrance to the basement parking is located along Ayala Ave., right before you reach EDSA. It was right after Glorietta 5.

One Ayala is a multipurpose project with a Mall, Hotel, Apartments, Offices, and Terminal, making it more sustainable (Hello no need to reclaim we have so much underutilized land in the metro) . Plus Ayala really placed necessary easements to the point that the PUVs are not taking precious space on EDSA which SM is always the culprit for traffic (hello ulit SM Megamall Fashion Hall Building Dropoff and Terminal and SM North Terminal).

Honestly, having two different cards Beep and Tripko that may or may not work on each is a dumb idea. Either should work on ALL payment terminals. Also, cellphone apps should also work in tandem with either ones coz NFC is basically standard now-a-days. Also, in the future, please have overhead signs that designate each area as a Gate 1 and so on would be simplified and a uniform LED screen that indicate what place each gate is going to is gonna make it more organized. Its better than using the printed tarpaulin style that - in time - would make it look less tiangge style and easier to maintain. Over all, great start! Everyone should start doing this everywhere!

No escalators? Not very convenient. What’s with the long lines? Proof of inefficiency. I hope the establishment addresses this issue. Avoid waste of all types especially time and effort all because of lack of planning and a lot of nonsensical red tapes. Filipino commuters deserve better after spending many hours in traffic jams. Those paper information sheets taped on low class kiosks make the place look so third world. Why not use electronic monitors as displays for schedules? The government should create an agency that monitors all these inefficiencies that should exact penalties for every occurrence of off-standard work.

Cheaply constructed and not user friendly at all. The long distances one has to walk to get from point A to point B don`t even have moving walkways for commuters with physical disabilities or senior citizens. Or even at least benches where the people can take short rests.
