Every woman should be able to say that to a man " you don't have to make things right for me". We should make things right for ourselves, be self reliant and independent. Thats the difference between Sam and Liz. Liz has this need for a man to be in her life to make things right for herself and her children. Let it happen naturally, don't be looking around every corner for a man. otherwise you find yourself doing things you shouldn't just to hold on to that man.
Nuff said Jodian Ramsay. That's a lesson they need to teach Lying Lizzy quick!! She has no clue how to help herself and that's very sad for a woman in 2016!

+luckyjasonfan - Yes, you are right. One lie started this whole thing. Elizabeth has always known that Jason loved Sam and that he wanted a child, so when she found out and told him not to tell her, she knew that would be the end of the relationship for them because he told her he would marry her. Yes, there has been a friendship between the two of them, but, the only reason he wanted to marry her was because of Jake. Elizabeth like so many women use their children for their own selfish desires not realizing the cost. Note here, Elizabeth is not to blame because Jason didn't tell Sam the truth. That was on him! It was his responsibility whether he stayed with her or chose Elizabeth. He promised not to lie to Sam. But, one good thing came out of this fiasco, Sam became stronger even though it almost destroyed her. I believe she can handle anything now. She's responsible for her life, not Jason.

Never been a Liz fan, and I'll admit I've never disliked her more than
now! However, here's the deal and what bugged me the most about that situation. Liz didn't force Jason to lie. He could have told Sam the truth! Even if he was not going to pursue an active role in Jake's life, he still could have told her. She would have gone along with whatever he wanted.
Liz was a *itch for requesting he not tell Sam and Monica (especially when she told Luke and Laura) but in the end Jason CHOSE not to tell Sam and to me that made him the bigger shyt!! Especially when he basically ignored her hurt! She practically begged for them to have a baby and he would ALWAYS come up with some excuse. Then she finds out that he got Liz pregnant, no matter that he used prevention, there was still a baby. And she was supposed to be okay with that? Be okay with him sneaking around to see Liz and lying to her when she did everything to get him to tell her. But hey, poor Liz was pregnant with his baby and forget about Sam's pain.
Mela B you know what gets me before Liz took the paternity test to see who jakes father was she already told dr lee and Epiphany that Jason was the father. What was that about, oh yeah but she did not say a thing to Emily who was suppose to be her best friend, I'm still confused with this whole Jake being Jason's?!?!?!?!
I still believe that Lucky is the father of Jake, and not Jason, that's why she burned the paternity paper.
