If you combine the expert level arrows + the song itself, this is possibly the best in the series. It's at least in the top 5. It has a lot of off-beat arrows, but it's worth it once you get it. The technofunk pulses through your body. There's no other feeling like it.
Sana is doing the vocals. She's done lots of a vocal work for different Konami songs. I remember when our local arcade first got IIDX Red with this song on it. We made a lot jokes about "hearing Sana drop the F-bomb". It's a great song in addition to that, the kind of quality you expect from Yamaoka.
Yamaoka-san himself has said that the lyric is "stroke me". So my question is: is he lying, or did the singer Sanae Shintani go rogue and nobody wants to acknowledge it?
Mahaveez It's "hug me", I saw it in the insert scans of a Yamaoka album I downloaded years ago As I said in another comment, Japanese doesn't really distinguish between "hu" and "fu", so the singer might've had a hard time with the pronunciation
Hey everyone i gotta say watch the injection of love is a remix version was founded on red traxx beatmania IIDX 11 IIDX red vinyl titled injection of love (magazine mix).
Are people mistaking the line that sounds like "fuck me" for "stroke me"? It's actually "hug me", only "hu" sounds the same as "fu" in Japanese, so the singer might've _fucked_ up the pronunciation. I saw the actual lyrics in the insert scans of a Yamaoka album I downloaded years ago. I remember it particularly because I would hear "fuck me" and got curious enough that I looked for it in the insert scans.
XD that lyric really is what it sounds like...there's no way the word being said is "stroke", although lyrics posted on another website says "stroke". if you also look more at all of the lyrics overall, including translations of japanese lyrics, it makes it more likely she's saying something else instead of "stroke me"
Hey everyone do you know the vocals by sanae shintani music injection of love was founded on beatmania IIDX such as instrumental and english version on DDR extreme 2 and strike.
I know of those. I'm talking about the time DDR started to enter the public eye, which was well after Do Me All Night and other, similar songs were licensed for the game. These days, songs like this are as rare as seeing someone do a backflip while playing the game. Kind of a shame, if you ask me, but them's the breaks when you wanna max out how many eyeballs you wanna catch without impacting the bottom line
All a part of games like this becoming part of the mainstream. The more people you want to reach, the more you've gotta think about what comes outta your mouth next, 'cause that's what people'll link to you until the day you drop it and go with something else
bdaddyn678 Because the lyrics are so blatantly suggestive that they cannot put either the Japanese or English lyric version into the DDR franchise. This is why Hina Mix exists.
ScruffyxPrincess Suggestive lyrics? You mean like “B-B-BLOW MY WHISTLE, BABY” which was included? Or the translated lyrics to Daikenkai? DDR’s no stranger to censored lyrics to songs and a slightly modified version could have been included.
it would've gotten the game a T tbh since the english portion is problematic, and the game already had In The Heat Of The Night so either they censor the latter (although they could've picked cat's eye tbh since freckles was on the next game) or censor Injection
Hey Everybody! I have just released my new electronic album “Sub-Zero” which is heavily influenced by the music of Akira Yamaoka. If you're interested you can listen to the full album on my youtube channel, as well as download the album for free!

Welcome to jazz rhythms.

Wait, Sana as in Sana Mollete Ne Ente? That’s the same chick who sung it?
@@hdelmas1 yes
Yamaoka-san himself has said that the lyric is "stroke me". So my question is: is he lying, or did the singer Sanae Shintani go rogue and nobody wants to acknowledge it?
Mahaveez It wouldn't surprise me if she did actually go rogue. She knows english so she probably knew what she was singing at the time.

Ahhh, good times, back when DDR could get away with being sexy... I miss that.
かなりとてもかっこいいです!
I always thought it was "hurt me" instead of "stroke me"- tbh I like my misheard 14 year old self version more :B
painedgray it's hug me
Hey everyone do you know the vocals by sanae shintani music injection of love was founded on beatmania IIDX such as instrumental and english version on DDR extreme 2 and strike.
Whoa, it's getting a bit hot in here. Or, is that just me?~
The start of Heartless by the Weekend reminds me of this intro every time.
Fucking awesome! Damn he is my favourite composer!

Yes.
ONE OF MY FAV DDR SONGS
INJECTION OF LOVE
▪Bemani origins: Beatmania IIDX 11 IIDX RED
▪DDR debut: DDR Extreme 2/DDR Strike
Hey Vincent does injection of love is a prototype banner and background on DDR extreme 2 PS2 USA released may 10 2005.
@@keanulysaythong9154 What?
This sounds like Japanese. I love it. Why can't this version (of DDR length, that is) be in an arcade mix?
bdaddyn678 Because the lyrics are so blatantly suggestive that they cannot put either the Japanese or English lyric version into the DDR franchise. This is why Hina Mix exists.
The lyrics were removed from the DDR Extreme 2 version by making it instrumental.
+bdaddyn678 Actually there is a translated english version of the song in ddr strike in japan
ScruffyxPrincess Suggestive lyrics? You mean like “B-B-BLOW MY WHISTLE, BABY” which was included? Or the translated lyrics to Daikenkai? DDR’s no stranger to censored lyrics to songs and a slightly modified version could have been included.
hey voice tone gives it such magic to her words as such sensibily and sexiness it contages you with it.. ow!

I cant even tell if the lyrics are dirty or not because I can hardly understand what she's saying
@ beybladestar
You mean the Sana from "Sana Morette Ne Ente"?
yes
OMG! No way! The same chick that sung it?
maybe its hard to tell at that last part but if it goes lick me,stroke me and at that part...yea why not its fitting LMAO XD
Ha, I wish they would have left it like this for the US version.
it would've gotten the game a T tbh since the english portion is problematic, and the game already had In The Heat Of The Night so either they censor the latter (although they could've picked cat's eye tbh since freckles was on the next game) or censor Injection
this song is so awesome n dirty lol great song lol
no matter how hard i try i can't stop hearing f**k me. oh well, i overplay this song anyway. :P
It says "Stroke Me." Just so you know. XD Though I did think that as first.
Hey Everybody! I have just released my new electronic album “Sub-Zero” which is heavily influenced by the music of Akira Yamaoka. If you're interested you can listen to the full album on my youtube channel, as well as download the album for free!
Ah, yeah I see your point. :)
where can i download this!! lol love it
Oh yeah, so dirty. She says "lick me," how scandalous.
Funny you should try to say that too. I'm guessing you've never listened to any of the Erotica songs on ddr either.
I would love the full version without that singing... does anyone know where I can find it??
Couldn't find the full version on youtube, but Hina Mix has no lyrics. Hope that helps a little!
Interesting with and without lyrics. ^-^
@baconman669 yeah man.
E-rotic*
That’s another DDR title song lol

@xmisogyny What the hell, haha.
Whoa i came here for the DDR nostalgia. Dayum.
This sounds like Gwen Stefani
I gotta say I'm glad ddr removed the lyrics. They're so tacky and ruin the song.
Want full version without stupid singing!! >:[
o_o This Hina mix is a ton better than this.
