This is the exact build I needed. I am struggggggling with bloodmage first ascendency and right now I'm building a hexblast witch. So this is absolutely perfect. My single target damage is really not it. So hard for me to do bosses but this looks like It should solve my problem.
Hey, maybe it’s stupid question but how did you end up with eye of winter on yourself instead of flying forward? Can’t find anything that would make it “stick” to character

Dude people want to play as a blood mage and their trying to make it work, no one cares about the meta we want to play what we want even if it’s in a bad state

And surely there must be a difference, I don't know what bloodmage fully does,maybe she has more sustain,idk. You are pressed for no reason.
I don’t like how you call the helmet a “key unique” for the build. People will think you can’t play the build without it, when in reality it’s just for more ES and has nothing to do with the build in practice. Energy Shield is definitely next on the chopping board for nerfs, so people should think past just ES stacking.
With all my testing starting with a bloodmage at level 54 you will struggle with bossing early game and early endgame with this build. Its great for mobbing though. Bodsing you have to rely more on contagion essense dot build combo and maybe use more minions to help defense and distraction

I did some calculations on how much spirit is needed: Life Remnant + 30 Grim Feast + 30 Withering Presence + 30 Blasphemy 4 x 60 = 240 Total = 330 Amulet = 40 Body armour = 87 Left Ring = 15 Total = 142 You get 100 from campaign? so thats 242 in total. You have 242 Spirit and would need 330 spirit with this build, how do you lessen your spirit reservation?
2 skills = Despair + Temporal Chains = 120 Spirit, 1 support gem seems to take 48 spirit x2 those = 216 spirit needed on Blasphemy, 10% reservation less with quality so thats 21.6 spirit less = 194 spirit needed on blasphemy, + 30 life remnant, + 30 grim feast , + 30 withering presence = 284 Spirit still ..
dont recommend this class,you gonna suffer ALOT before you get this items and level. i delete my bloodmage 88 lvl 90k dps on hexblast, 1700hp 4500 es, its just feel terrible ,so many deaths... Its greate when you do crits ,but thats all. Always swap support gem with aoe, always stay away from big pack of mobs if there some elite ,cuz you DIE... but greate work, i think mb i do mistake for delete and you find way to get this build to greate shape,but its not... you show good maps for hexblast,and ez boss who not do something dangerous..

Seems kinda high investment. With only like 20-30divs, it would be a very slow t16 map clear.
any leveling build before going for this one ?
What do you suggest to do for leveling ? contagion, essence drain dps is really slow on bosses

@JoseValdeolivar this build was ass to level. Once u get the crit dmg from the ascendancy and crit chance in the 40s it starts to take off
With this investment(seems hard to get this without like 30div+), a t15 map feels with this speed feels kinda low.

tips: you can in eye on winter add wither on hit and unleash deal 70 stack wither per use.
corpsewade iron greaves pair so perfect with this
Corpsewade does a lot of dps to your GPU on high mob density maps

There is an infinite demon form one for Infernalist but I don't believe it's crit based at all

Crit isnt important for levelling really. Once you have thrown 100 div at the problem it is solved. The build doesnt really solve it for you.
Why bloodmage and not infernalist? Whats the difference and does it work on both?

Nah.. just ignore the entire build for levelling. This is a many divine build.

i wanna try this build but the economy is so fked that i'll have to grind for weeks, its llike 30ex - 1 div for a single similar jewel
you should definitely put curse related stuff in weapon set two.

Wouldn't recommend BM for hardcore. It is a class that literally bleeds itself when it casts and life isn't the strongest defence layer currently.

Blasphemy only takes 60 per skill, not gem so its 1 x60 = 150 spirit

It's impossible at 36 lol not enough points to be alive and do good damage
