Plese advise what country....different countries have different rules and definitions for ultralight....nice plane, but looks like it isn't legally an ultralight in the U.S.
@@RedBaron311273 260 kg is too heavy to be classified as an ultralight aircraft. That is a light sport and would require a license and registration where an ultralight would not. That is an amazing plane though if you ask me and I love how small it is. However, calling it an ultra light might get people's hopes up thinking that they could build one and fly it without a license or having to register with the FAA
@@someguy7258 Depends on country, this video wasn't in the U.S., it's in Europe somewhere.....this particular plane exceeds U.S. legal ultralight specs, not just in weight, but in speed also....but, it may fall into an ultralight category in the country it is built in...
