As a person who used to have a mushroom farm, Do not buy pristine white mushrooms. Those are chemical washed and have less value in market. They also spoil quicker as thr moisture in mushroom increases after wash. Best ones are generally packed in blue boxes and usually have some dirt sticking to them. They are just plucked and packed. No chemical wash.
This was so easy to make and tasted sooooooo yummm!! Bharat please share more such recipes. Its a blessing for us working ppl who have limited access to help. Its a request 🙏🏽

the recipe is insanely good. I did few modifications though, given I was not having fresh peas instead frozen peas, from meat masala instead chicken masala and I added Green Capcicum as well. the taste was soo good ! you are doing a Great Job ❤️
