I am glad someone finally did a series on this. ive always wondered exactly what it took. Always hear people talking about boring too. wasnever sure it was just wheels and lights. thanks for sharing. xant wait to see it.
Just watched this video again after watching the complete build series. You're video's are on point and love to see the views exploding on your channel!
This is debatably one of your best videos so far. There's something so beautiful about seeing a motorcycle being taken apart, re-assembled, and modified/customized. Can't wait to see what's to come. One love and ride safe.
Glad you said something on my channel and got me to jump over here, the video quality is bananas! I also come from being a pro mx racer so this type of video got me going
Awesome build man, started watching motovloggers a few years ago and finally got my first sumo this past weekend (wr426f) This series is going to be awesome!
Amazing content, just finished watching R3 build, deadly!! I watched this build last year and now I’m going to watch again content is so good. Great job look forward to future amazing quality content brother.
I'm new to the channel but I'm really psyched to start my own build. I built a motorized bike for my first project but I'm graduating to the big leagues and plan on converting a dirt bike into a street legal one. Should be a lot of fun.
Dude you have an awesome garage. Got a bad case of garage-envy going on here haha. You earned a new subscriber for this new series alone (truthfully i've seen a lot of your videos but never realized i wasn't subscribed). Been riding streetbikes for a little over a year now and am dying to get into the supermotos. I also live here in Austin and would love to tag along on a ride with you and HunterHonda someday. Keep it up man, great channel.
Love this style of video, was a great watch. Looking forward to the rest! PS: The fan oscillation was funny in the time lapse parts, it kept distracting me!
Looks awesome. Down to nothing. Do you like your camera? Does it get a wide shot? How far do you have to hold your camera away from you to get all of your upper body in the shot? Good job Fry and Moto!
what do you think about bigger bikes such as ktm 500 or bikes over 600 for use as supermoto and switch back to dirt bike tires. when does bike get to heavy, whats the perfect balance is what i really want to know. 450's are great but if I could squeeze in some more power that would be even better
Best supermoto on the road? I thought you were going to say best super moto I can possibly build. That's a lot to live up to. You have the cr500af supermoto built over in the UK called the Black diamond. You have Motoboatr's "sunken treasure" colored frame crf450r. Then you have the custom built Husky 501 built by a pair of dudes named Zajcmaster and Chris that own a Husqvarana shop overseas in Salzburg. Im excited for the build buddy! Finally! :)
do you know if this similar process can be done to a 2001 YZ426F dirtbike? someone just pointed me towards your series gonna be binge watching this later today! can't wait to watch these all
Need a Moto Rods super cooler. Bigger rads with built in oil cooler. Extra 1/2 pint of coolant and 150cc of extra oil. Some people get 200 hours between valve adjustments from using those.
I have an 08 kx450 I’ve been wanting to put just the supermoto wheels n tires of course But my question is do I have to change out the rear swing arm to install the rear Sm wheel ? My idea is to be able to swap back n forth from time to time
I can't remember if your bike has the electric start or not but if it doesn't have one are you going to put one on and if so are you going to make a video showing how it is done?
Hey @motonosity , what kind of cleaning / prep is required prior to powder coating a frame? cheers I'm just starting a KLR scrambler build and need to black out a lot of pieces... but they're all pretty grotty.
damn dude thats a headache i wouldnt want lol
props for pulling through with it XD

Oh yes. This is going to be an epic series.

Instant like for a vlogger who actually does bike work!!

If you make the bearings cold and heat up the surrounding area a little, they will come out very easily.
Looks awesome. Down to nothing. Do you like your camera? Does it get a wide shot? How far do you have to hold your camera away from you to get all of your upper body in the shot? Good job Fry and Moto!
