I learned about SHIA a few months ago month ago. His name was mentioned by a Priest who was celebrating Holy Mass, on the day of The Solemnity of Christ. In his Homily he spoke about We were created, we are captured( our fallen humanity) We've been rescued, and most importantly, what is Our Response? He goes on to say, "I know you think these words are from long ago and you think they don't apply to us in this modern world." He then speaks of SHIA, a famous actor whose life has been transformed NOW in our times!! So here I am now learning about SHIA, and the Padre PIO Movie, that I've yet to see. Hearing about his conversion , his experience is moving me closer to Christ!!!❤❤

Artist or not method acting should be more internal and never have victims in everyday life. The first rule of serious acting should be the sanctity and gratitude of the life they lead in reality that allows them to play pretend for a living.
What makes a true artist is arguably the experiences that made the artist. Which is why having child actors continue to act throughout their life isn't so cool, as much of their life will be only in the arts.

I think he is one of the very best as far as acting. As a person...he has gained all my respect for taking responsibility and reaching out to other lost souls who are in need of help. I hope to see him in many more movies.

You can blame Steven Spielberg for that. He fired Shia LaBeouf after he publicly apologized for mishandling his role in Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull back in May, 2010. Now both Transformers and Indiana Jones have backfired because of Shia’s absence. Steven Spielberg could have won more Oscars if he accepted constructive criticism and worked frequently with past collaborators.

I will NEVER understand how people like Shia LITERALLY have the world in their hands and then they just SHIT IT ALL AWAY for seemingly NO reason. I played a role in a VERY SMALL indie movie once and i was able to just lose myself in the role and enjoy myself, sort of just like playing pretend when i was a kid and i THOUROUGHLY enjoyed it. I really wish i COULD be an actor. Because IF i was a famous actor i KNOW it CAN be a hard job, BUT you dont HAVE to make it harder on yourself. For me it would be one of VERY LITTLE controversy or issues. I would simply do my best to fulfill the role i wanted to play, treat others with dignity and respect and NOT turn into some raging drug induced alcoholic nut job that just runs through their money buying ridiculous useless crap or start thinking i was the "greatest". It's NOT HARD to simply NOT be a narcissistic douchbag.....LOL. For Example, people like Ezra Miller who had the chance of a life time and decided to be a women beating, stalker who breaks into peoples houses and threatens them, DOES NOT DESERVE to be famous or be allowed on tv at all. He is one of the best examples of how a famous person should NOT be. It just seems that the people that DON'T deserve to be famous are, and those that DO deserve it and SHOULD be famous aren't or never get the chance.
