Bro, I already earn enough to have a sound life but my current job and industry is pathetic from exposure perspective, so MBA will help in finding the exposure and various industry options
My biggest dream is to get into microsoft since it has influenced me as a company from my school days, but i am not that good at coding, so i thought being a program/product manager will help in getting into microsoft, and here's the catch, look at microsoft program manager intern qualification, it says mba from tier 1 institute, so this is the only reason for me to do an mba, it will give me better platform.
I really like Srivalli's answer about how she wants to explore and figure it out along the way, how the institute(ISB) was one of the pieces that fit into the puzzle. I can relate to having a broad idea of what I wanted to do, but not specifically what steps I want to take. Great video.👍. I like how everyone has their own and diverse answers.
I cringe on the fact that all these candidates are making up stories to convince the interview panel . The only motive to do mba is simply because to make more money and the fact that engineering sucks 😁😁😁😁😁😁

I have had a 14 year long career into training management , L&D and administration before I completed my MBA HR in 2020. * How would re-doing MBA HR from XLRI change my market value nationally and internationally ?? Would it fetch me an excellent package ? * My writing hand thumb got fractured last year and hasn't healed yet. So it's hurts while writing . Would exams at XLRI be conducted in pen and paper ?

M surprised looking at the format of communication. National language is not being used at all. All of these top management institutes are in India.
This language was used to keep it consistent for audience from different background.
