This is a very good innovation. Uganda should be one stop centre for silk production.

Thank you for sharing because such genius. I strongly suggest you use the scientific method with the silk worm food. I’m pretty sure the Motherland has something organic that the silk worm would love an that’s sustainable. Better food silkworms = better quality from silkworm

I love the idea of African silk and people in Africa having this a passive income

I don't know why aren't there more African villages involved in producing silk tho?!?!?🤔
I mean that's insane because everybody and they mama know that most African women must wrap their hair with silk scarfs at night in order to avoid damaged hair follicles and split ends therefore one would've expected to find by now silk at the very top of our most prioritized essential product manufacturing list but it's the complete opposite that is happening instead you got weave import on top which explains why there are so many bald headed black women running around in Africa like that🤷🏾‍♂️
In my opinion because of the gigantic size of our continent in order to become self sufficient all African countries should mandate a whole array of skilled trades from all members of society including those living in remote areas that should involve all aspects of life from the cradle to the grave I mean the whole nine Spinning and weaving, leathery, tannery, shoemaking, lumbering, carpentry, metallurgy, jewelry, blacksmithing, cutlery, ceramic, sculpture, masonry, roofing, plumbing, electrical engineering, renewable energy engineering and the list goes on...
People don't understand poverty isn't a fatality because nature is providing all you need to sustain your family but you must develop the skills and the willingness necessary to access those perks and it's a life long process that requires learning.
Although Africa is a wonderful continent with an extraordinary and glorious past too many times when I see documentaries about African villages on TV to be honest most people are seating around doing nothing this isn't a ominen attack this is just an observation and as an African myself I'm included in the mix because we are family and as a team I want us to collectively do better my dream is for me to one day when scheduling some vacations hopefully I'll be able to randomly pick anywhere on the map of Africa and never ever have to worry about not having access to paved roads perfectly clean drinking water, flushing toilets,24h battery generated solar electricity and of course at least one physician one dentist and a general hospital less than a 45 minute drive away as well as all the skill sets and craftsmanship that I previously mentioned above that's the bare minimum ya'll for an area of approximately 8 sq mi with a density of 600 people until we reach that endeavor I don't want hear none of y'all niggas complain about anything stfu and go back to work!!! And I'm including myself...🤐
