Since this humidifier is a gift; I’ll use it. In about five attempts I haven’t been able to activate it, at least to the point where it began to draw moisture. I’m missing some essential piece of information. Logic wasn’t enough. Thanks!
Hello firts i dont speak English very well so I hope you gonna understand me lol I have one like that since 3 years and i like it I cannot anymore put it on water fall anymore ,my light is not red and my conterner is empty and the light dont want to be green anymore when I chose the cycle I cannot choose the water fall :( Help me someone And have a nice day :)

I bought one , and I love it , It is very quiet ,uses very little power and I dump the full bucket of water , roughly every 20 hours , 2 thumbs up .

Could be the way has been stored or transported. They contain Freon, so they have to be upright for at least 24 - 48 hours prior to use.
I am having the same problem and no one is available and you can't leave messages by phone.
