I can identify that Spider-Man action figure as the Spider-Man from the toy line "Spider-Man Classics". first made in 2001. now I'm gonna research carnage.
That Carnage figure is the one that came in the Spider-man fearsome foes box set released in either 2004, 2005, or 2006 I believe. Or it's the older Spider-man classics one released in 2004
