Boss, pa-request nga po ng 2-storey modern tropical house, high ceiling. 3 BRs (master BR with T&B), 1separate small office/study room at 1st floor, 2 common T&Bs, family area at 2nd flr., lanai connected to dining area, 2 carport, more and bigger windows for natural lights. A house plan po sana for a 4x7 ground floor, 5x7 second floor with a balcony accessible by all, a common T&B, and 2 bedrooms, then a roof deck po for laundry, sana makita or ma notice heheheh.
