Yes .. and you can stay in Manila to see so many fireworks in New year's Eve.. you have to stay in a high condo to see that😆
Also October is still a rainy month so better to go back close to November-December through April (dry season).

One advice when using foil to grill fish.. spread oil in the fish first before wrapping to avoid breaking it when you unwrap it.
