- In continuation with a previous video where I designed this window well cover (crooked window well that I have never seen in person), I created this brief video showing some of its construction. I know it moves fast with lots of fades, but hope you enjoy it.

Awesome work, I am seriously thinking about that torchmate. Your videos are inspiring. Thanks for sharing.
Nice Work / Custom Build
MY IRON WORKER FRIEND LOUI AND I HAVE MADE 10 of THESE FOR A CUSTOMER OF MINE JUST last year 😎 it was quite a challenge we did this all by hand with a home made jig bender and a torch ! I can appreciate your hard work.
Nice Work!
You make it look easy. Utah plates, nice...
thanks!
nice!
Good Work !
Nice job!!
Thank you!
Great idea for sure…
But you should have done a window well cover that covered the whole window, not just half…
Kinda funny when you pay attention to the end
It is about 2 or 3 inches to the window, you don't want it riding up against the glass.
How did you draw those up and on what program did you use?
Torchmate CAD. I have a video on it:

Thanks!
Hey bud great videos. Loving your channel! I'm just getting into metalworking at home. Bought my first welder and grinder. Wondering where you buy all the metal? Alro, Yarde, etc?
***** Just locally. I used to buy my metal from metalmart in Lehi Ut, but found a better place in Spanish Fork called barber metals. They will deliver to my house for 10 bucks and their are cheaper for sheered metal (what I need for my 2x4 plasma table).
you are welcome!
Where did you get the metal grate material?
Thanx
Awesome video! How thick were angle iron/border pieces?
This is exactly what I need to do! Great video! Can you tell me where you got your CNC machine? I really need one at a good price. Thanks!
+Daniel Barton Torchmate is where I purchased mine. torchmate.com
What size angle iron did you use? It that 1 1/2” x 1 1/2” x 1/8”?
It has been so long that I don't remember. My guess is 2"x1/8"
All I say after watching this video is "WOW" I wish I have your skill. Do you accept job like this? I have 3 windows that need covers so my kids won't fall into it.
I actually don't have have the time lately. Since I received a new calling at church, I have been pretty busy; however, there are a lot of places that put these together for a reasonable price, and they actually are able to coat them with better products than what I used.
how can I do the round angle with out a cutting table?
Massive hydraulics... , large leverage bar, lots of cutting and welding
Now, put a polycarbonate sheet over it to keep the water out
